I am writing to share some thoughts with you about my appreciation for the kindness you have shared with my son and I turn with myself in this process of purchasing a car.
I have nothing but good to say about this dealership. First, I bought "used" as they had the exact 2016 Tacoma I wanted....with less than 10k on the clock....saving me depreciation. Also, they worked with me on the price...saving me a bit more.....and they replaced (at my request) a cracked instrument bezel---at no cost to me!) I live in Hadley MA...3 hrs away....so this was not convenient....but my salesman (Eric Lavendier) was understanding...making himself available to me throughout the transaction---even on his days off! (To be honest....Eric was a major selling point, as I have refused to return to some dealerships based on my initial impression of the salesperson). I also worked with Dennis (manager) and Sean (financing)....both friendly and professional. One other thing, upon getting my Taco home, I found a dent on the roof....I had already purchased the truck; the dealership agreed to have their bodywork guy (also outstanding!) pop it back for me -- again, at no cost to me!!! I can't speak highly enough and recommend Orleans Toyota to friends, family----and anyone wanting a professional and courteous "fair shake" at buying a car. ...whether used or new.

I had just had gotten into a car accident and my vehicle was totaled. Seeing that my Toyota Tacoma saved me from serious injury, I wanted another truck, however I was unsure I would be able to afford one. While browsing on the lot I met Jonathan who turned out to be a tremendous help in selecting a new vehicle. We looked at a number of different vehicles, narrowed down the choices, and finally decided on another Tacoma. Jonathan was great, no pressure and truly wanted to get me in the right vehicle for me. Other staff was great as well and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Stay local and buy local, you won't regret it!
I received my check within a couple days, sent it to Orleans and without delay or hesitation, the vehicle was registered and plated. I live on an island away from Orleans and this is the part that got me. Eric drove the vehicle from their location to the ferry terminal to have it put on the ferry to be sent to me. That was phenomenal ! I was totally blown away when I was told I didn't have to go back to Orleans to pick up the vehicle! What a service!
I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he answered every one of our questions patiently. Nowadays, it is commonly known that car salesmen really do not go beyond what is necessary to do the best job for the client and the main objective is to get money out of your wallet! But, salesman like Mr Lavendier delivers an incredible service and gave my son and myself a very pleasant experience.

I made a search on Car Gurus and found a vehicle offered by Orleans Toyota, it had the features I needed, was of the right size, carry the number of seats needed and was within my budget. I made contact with Kristen at Orleans who was extremely, extremely helpful. I traveled to their location, met Kristen who put me on to Eric. I was extended the supreme hospitality touch. I test drove the vehicle with Eric and fell in love even more with the car! Getting a feel of the vehicle I decided on making my purchase. I did the paperwork with Eric who then put me on to his Sales manager - Dutch. Super friendly and down-to-earth personality gentleman. I did my final paperwork with Dutch and it was now time for my bank to step in.
