Well worth my 2 hrs drive to come to this store! Gary made sure my experience was great at the store and got exastly what i was looking for (: the service is amazing, very friendly. I highly recommend them.
Great service from the time we walked in! We came in looking for a king size mattress and the nice gentleman helped us with that. I am very pleased with the overall service we received. We got what we came for. Thank you Gary, you were awesome!!
We have been using the Mattress Firm for the past several years and the service has always been great! Having their location in Orleans is very convenient, and Gary, who is the new manager has been great to deal with! It is always nice to do business locally, and having the manager remember you by name when you come into the store goes a long way. As a business we are always concerned about price, especially with a large order, and the Mattress Firm has always been extremely competitive. After the paperwork is done, their delivery team has always been right on time, and their delivery notification system has always been accurate.
We just walked out of this store and had the BEST experience with the store manager Gary. Well worth going local rather than online. Gary was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and welcoming. Thank you Gary!!! We would suggest coming here 100%
