My customer service experience at the Orleans store has always been highly professional and informative. Sherwin-Williams' products have been excellent.
Worst customer service EVER! I have been in contact with them for 5 MONTHS, 5 MONTHS, over an issue I am having the paint literally falling off my doors! I am still waiting for my answer!!!! I keep getting bull crap answers when I call!
We have a small family business and are in the SW stone in Orleans occasionally. We've found the products to be good and the customer service to be superb.
