Great place good service
Orders are done really quickly, it's a relaxing place for enjoying the coffee and the staff is nice.
Quick efficient service. Happily redeemed their coupon. Located in a tucked away place in a strip mall.
I asked to older lady if they had the coffee deal when the Patriots win. She pointed to a sign in window and said its in window. Then she asked NOT nicely, "Where's your card?" I said what card? She scathed, your rewards card! I said i don't have one. She barked that will be $2.12 I said ok then thats it? I cannot sign up for one on my phone now? (no customers were behind me). She barked again $2.12. The younger girl reached over and handed me a perks rewards card and I said guess it doesn't matter now. Is this now the way Duncan Donuts treats customers?? There are MANY other places I will go from now on. My son told me that older lady is very mean and not to go there anymore. I guess I should have believed him!
No waiting compared to other "donut " shops. July 4th weekend is insane on Cape Cod. Plus great coffee.
