Fantastic service, zero attitude and flexible. They were able to fit me in during a busy Saturday morning to swap my snow tires and didn't gouge me on price. They were able to do it in 45 minutes flat while I waited. I'll be back next winter!
AVOID! I don't like writing bad reviews but I feel like I really have to this time. Acouple years ago I came here to have my 2 front tires replaced on my box truck as they went to replace them they removed the hubcaps and when they were done one of the rings that holds the hubcap was broken and the other they said they couldn't figure out how to put it back on. So in the past year or so I got the locking ring fixed and needed to replace 1 of my front tires so I decided to give them another try... Well this morning I went to get my tire installed and get the hubcaps put back on. Half way through the install they brought me out and showed me another broken locking ring and told me again that they don't know how these go on. So basically I said ok because I really have no choice in the matter. But what really pisses me off was that the guy at the counter didn't try to give me any alternative seeing they can't help me again.. And after I paid and I was heading out the door the guy said to his buddy behind the counter "It's not like I was getting paid for it anyways.." Seriously?!? Is that customer service at its finest?!? I never f'ing told you I wouldn't pay you for your time... I was figuring to be charged alil more because you had to install the hubcaps back on! So on that note I just have to say you lost a customer. The service was fine for the tire but what happens if something goes wrong...? They'll probably just say "Hey it's not my problem..."
