Not recommended for anyone who is working with an expedited insurance claim, for anyone who has limited time to complete financial transactions before the end of a fiscal year, or for anyone who prefers to avoid frustration. I arrived with an insurance company appraisal and a $1,000 deductible coverage check in hand needing an estimate to forward to the insurance appraiser for appraisal adjustment consideration for final settlement to be approved and disbursed on the following day (31 January), and walked away wanting to punch someone in the face. Because I already had an appraisal he wouldn't provide an estimate, and he insisted that any additions would be dealt with later and paid by the insurance company to the body shop. Ummm... EXPEDITED claim, stupid!! There is no “later!” HELLO??! He could have at least admitted to process ignorance, provided a no harm estimate, and accepted the initial $1,000, but he refused to. By the time I found another body shop and had an estimate in hand it was too late for it to be insurance considered without bleeding into a new fiscal year, and I had to pay an additional $700 over the $1,000 deductible, with any credits to be payable to the insurance company only for reclassification. Dumb.
