Wanted help with different features on my phone but the staff didn't seem interested
My dad needed a new phone. The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. My dad was in and out of there with his reasonably priced new flipphone in 10 minutes. Great place. Great service.
I was on vacation and my phone stopped receiving e mail , calls or voicemail. Finally I decided to find a local. Verizon authorized retailer. In Orleans MA they welcomed me and Mike cured my ailing s3 Samsung. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended.
Just attempted to buy an iPhone here. Got to the door and it was locked. Looked inside and saw someone in the building duck through the cloth flap door to the back. This all happened at 5:30pm, and it clearly says not only online, but on the door that they're open until 8pm. Not really sure what that was all about...
Stopped in today to switch from AT&T to Verizon and Ross got me in and out with no time wasted. Solid service, I recommend for sure.
