I think we had been to every furniture store on Cape Cod when we walked into the Cardi's in the Staples Plaza in Orleans, MA and met Tracy. She was a total delight, warm, friendly, and even when we found the perfect sofa for our living room at the Hyannis location we decided to order it through her. Since then we've also purchased two mattresses and a futon through Cardi's and even when we had a problem with a broken bed frame they took care of everything. I hope the managers of Cardi's see this because you can not lose her!!!! She is a gem and we went in again just yesterday to buy another piece to extend our sofa and she was very helpful.
