Food was excellent. Very busy long wait but absolutely worth it.
We were told by the manager that "his food didn't travel well" then proceeded to question me where I had the nerve to think they did any type of takeout. I explained to him we were there on vacation and I had young infant sons and it wouldn't be kind of us to come to his restaurant. I asked if he would purchase the gift card back, he said no, just come into it and use it without the children. I said the only option would be to bring the children in at bedtime to ruin everyone's experience that night which we were not going to do. He hung up.
I went into the restaurant by myself to ask for other options for him to make it right. The waitress laughed at how I was dressed as I wasn't planning on going to a restaurant that night. He chose to do nothing and stand his ground. We exchanged words and as he became louder it showed he was a fraud as his accent disappeared. I told him I would write these reviews and post them everywhere AFTER he threatened to call the police and I asked him "for what? Asking you to give me food for a certificate purchased for him?"
Great service ...very friendly staff. The food is exceptional and prepared with attention to detail.
Shows how much he cares about customer service and how he treats people. Did nothing to try and make good on the certificate his buisness issued. I don't even think he is the owner because it is a different name than what was on the Secretary of State compared to the "proprietor"
I do wish I could give negative stars. I purchased a package week stay at a local resort and a $100 gift card to this restaurant.
I'd stay away.
Artie, the second time is a charm, excellent food, service, who is cooking there your Aunt Joan. Great place to eat. Artie do yourself a favor and drop that stupid accent, you are from Shrewsbury Ma. not Italy
Spent a special evening here with my two teen daughters on our trip to the Cape and it was a really sweet experience. Creative and delicious food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. And they treated my girls like royalty. They made a great memory for us.
I have twin 13 month old boys and We did a drive by the night before we went there to check out the type of restaurant. It seemed like a fine dining place so we called them the next night asking to order food and we wanted to pick it up.
