Service and quality has been declining rapidly. Waited 45 minutes for one order, the fries are almost always soggy and flavorless (or too salty), and they usually forget something (like straws, sauces, spoons) from my order.
Service is great and the atmosphere is decent for a Wendy's. Food is also an A+ from this location. They have never gotten an order of mine wrong. Only complain would have to be the occasional profanity from the kitchen while eating inside with younger families in there.
Food not hot, dinning area messy. I have been to.other Wendy establishments which are much better. Not a great experience.
Hit or miss at my local chain. You either get a great burger w/ fresh fries or a pile of slop with fries that taste like a salt lick. A gamble every time.
